Meat Soboro Made with Okara
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 3 tbsp Yakiniku sauce
- 1 Egg
- 1 Juice from grated ginger
- 1 small amount Finely chopped green onion
- In a frying pan, fry the okara over medium heat to get rid of excess moisture and make it crumbly.
- Add the sake and mix.
- Pour the yakiniku sauce and mix until it combines.
- Add the green onion.
- Add the beaten egg at the end and turn off the heat.
- Stir well until it softens.
- I put it on top of rice (for a Soboro Rice Bowl).
- With taco sauce and vegetables (for Taco Rice).
