Baked Trout Recipe

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and spread over one side of the fish
  2. (use any left to fill the cavity).
  3. Place in a preheated oven and bake till cooked for approximately 20 min depending on size at 220C/425F/gas7.
  4. Sauce: In a heavy based pan add in the lemon juice, lemon segments and the reduced fish stock - boil and serve.
