Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies
- 200 g butter, melted
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 34 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup cocoa
- 12 cup glace cherries
- 12 cup chocolate chips
- 12 cup chopped hazelnuts
- Beat butter, sugars, and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, then mix well.
- Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls, place approximately 5cm apart on a greased tray.
- Bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until firm.
- Allow biscuits to stand for 5 minutes, before cooling on wire racks.
