Simple shawarma
- 4 lavash
- 1 sweet pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 grams sausage
- 150 grams cheese
- 1 mayonnaise
- Wash and slice or dice vegetables.
- Dice sausage and grate cheese.
- Put it all in a big bowl and stir.
- Put a bit of this mix onto a half of a lavash leaf, add some mayonnaise or any sauce you like and wrap it up in the form of an envelope.
- Done!
- Enjoy.
