Cheese & Cherry Tomato Bruschetta Appetizers
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1-1/2 tsp. CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
- 2 slices white bread, toasted, quartered
- 8 cherry tomatoes, cut into 3 slices each
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 4 fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Mix cottage cheese and pesto until blended; spread onto toast pieces.
- Place on baking sheet; top with tomatoes.
- Bake 8 min.
- or until heated through.
- Drizzle with vinegar; top with basil.
