Chicken Casserole
- 1 1/2 cup Rice
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 12 oz Frozen Mix Vegetable (peas, carrot, green beans, corn)
- 6 Chicken Thighs
- 1 Black Pepper
- 1 medium Weber's Beer Can Chicken Seasoning
- Oven Preheat - 375
- Get and spray a 13x9 Casserole Dish
- Spread rice on bottom of dish
- Add Water, Milk, and Soup to Rice and stir.
- Make sure its even in the pan.
- Add Frozen Vegetables
- Place Chicken in pan (take skin off if you like)
- Black Pepper to taste
- Sprinkle Beer Can Seasoning until Chicken looks lightly breaded, get some in the rice too.
- cover with aluminium foil
- cook for an hour covered, then 15 min uncovered
