Fried Corn

  1. In a large non-stick skillet melt butter and grease until bubbling hot.
  2. Stir in corn straight from freezer.
  3. Stir 5-10 minutes until warm throughout.
  4. Stir in bacon bits.
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Sugar to taste-stirring constantly to keep from burning sugar.
