Breakfast Casserole Deluxe Recipe

  1. Grease a 2 or possibly 3 qt baking dish.
  2. Layer bread to cover bottom.
  3. Top with cottage cheese, mushrooms, broccoli, peppers, hash browns, onion and 1 c. Cheddar cheese.
  4. Layer again with bread, cottage cheese, mushroom, broccoli, peppers, onion and 1 c. Cheddar cheese.
  5. Top with tater tots.
  6. In a bowl, beat Large eggs, lowfat milk and mustard till frothy.
  7. Pour over layers, cover casserole and chill overnight.
  8. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour.
