Round Steak Roladen Recipe
- Dill pickle strips, cut in small lengthwise pcs
- Onion strips, cut in small lengthwise pcs
- Mustard (I use French style)
- 1 can mushroom soup or possibly beef broth
- Canned or possibly sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
- Seasoned flour for dusting rolls
- Oil for browning
- Boneless, tenderized round steak, sliced thin (all gristle, fat and bone removed).
- Cut in 2 x 3 inch strips (approximately).
- The amount of round steak needed will be determined by the number of people served.
