Bourbon Spiked Pecan Pie Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Beat together Large eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, bourbon, molasses and salt.
  3. Stir in minced pecans.
  4. Spoon filling into pie shell, distributing pecans proportionately.
  5. Decorate the top of the pie with pecan halves, pressing them into the filling.
  6. Bake 45 to 55 min, till hard.
  7. Cold on rack at least 45 min till serving.
  8. Serve with bourbon-flavored whipped cream, if you like.
