Tim's Kickin' Steak Sauce

  1. Toss everything into a sauce pot and bring it to a boil.
  2. Then reduce to a simmer and let it reduce to where it looks fairly like steak sauce, not too runny not too thick, about 1/2 hour.
  3. Let cool and give it a taste, please do not use any salt, if it's too sweet use a little more vinegar, sparingly please, you could ruin it if you're not careful.
  4. Can also be used as a bbq sauce if you like, just increase the brown sugar and add a bit of liquid smoke, maybe an eyedropper full.
  5. Enjoy.
