Tasty Applesauce Pie

  1. In a 2-quart saucepan, turn the applesauce and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes; removed from heat.
  2. Add 1/4 cup butter and the salt; stir until butter is melted.
  3. Stir in raisins.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
  5. In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs well; add to cooled applesauce mixture and blend well.
  6. Pour into pie shell.
  7. Bake in a preheated 375u0b0 oven on rack below center, for 20 minutes.
