Barb's Cold Comfort Tea

  1. To Decoct: Add 1 cup of water and about 1/4 tsp echinacea to a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer, covered for 20 minutes.
  3. Combine the other herbs and add about 1 tsp of the mixture to the pot.
  4. Stir well, remove from heat, cover and steep 10-15 minutes.
  5. Strain and serve hot with honey and lemon, if desired.
  6. To Brew: Combine all ingredients.
  7. Boil water, pour one cup over one tsp of herbs for each cub.
  8. Steep 10-15 minutes.
  9. Strain and serve hot with honey and lemon, if desired.
