Barbecue Dry Rub Recipe

• 1/4 c. grnd paprika
• 1/4 c. coriander seed toasted, crushed
• 1/4 c. cumin seed toasted, crushed
• 1/4 c. light-brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. freshly-grnd black pepper

1. Combine the ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
2. Generously coat fish fillets, chicken, or possibly meat with the dry rub before cooking.
3. This recipe yields about 1 c..
4. Yield: 1 c.
