Rum Balls

  1. Mix wafer crumbs, sugar, pecans, butter, corn syrup and cocoa.
  2. Dissolve instant coffee granules in rum.
  3. Add to crumb mixture; mix well.
  4. Let stand 15 min.
  5. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; roll in coconut.
  6. Place in airtight container with sheet of wax paper between each layer of balls.
  7. Store at room temperature.
