Smoked Salmon Roll Ups

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 teaspoon capers
• 1 teaspoon caper juice
• 1 teaspoon green onion, chopped fine
• 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
• 12 lb smoked salmon (or lox)

1. Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
2. Spoon a small amount onto salmon strip and roll up.
3. Fasten with a toothpick.
4. This can be made up ahead, covered and chilled.
