Weekend Skillet Breakfast

  1. Place turkey bacon and potatoes in nonstick skillet.
  2. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in onions and chili powder.
  4. Pour egg product evenly over potato mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Cover.
  6. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Cook 5 minutes or until mixture is set.
  8. Cut into 4 wedges to serve.
