Ham Cheese Cubes
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 12 thin slices boiled ham
- Beat all ingredients together (except ham) until creamy and of spreading consistency.
- Place one ham slice on a piece of waxed paper.
- With spatula, spread on some of creamed mixture.
- Place another slice of ham on top; spread with more cheese.
- Repeat, using 6 slices, ending with ham slice on top.
- With slice number 7, start process again.
- Wrap securely in waxed paper; place in freezer 2 hours or more.
- About 1 hour before serving, remove from refrigerator and cut lengthwise and crosswise into 1/2-inch cubes. Pierce each cube with a toothpick.
- Yield:
- 75 to 80 cubes.
