Ham Cheese Cubes

  1. Beat all ingredients together (except ham) until creamy and of spreading consistency.
  2. Place one ham slice on a piece of waxed paper.
  3. With spatula, spread on some of creamed mixture.
  4. Place another slice of ham on top; spread with more cheese.
  5. Repeat, using 6 slices, ending with ham slice on top.
  6. With slice number 7, start process again.
  7. Wrap securely in waxed paper; place in freezer 2 hours or more.
  8. About 1 hour before serving, remove from refrigerator and cut lengthwise and crosswise into 1/2-inch cubes. Pierce each cube with a toothpick.
  9. Yield:
  10. 75 to 80 cubes.
