Affogato
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup hot brewed espresso
- Place 3 scoops of the ice cream in each of 2 bowls.
- Pour the espresso over the ice cream and serve immediately.
- Note: To make espresso for this recipe in your electric drip coffee maker, use 1/3 cup of ground espresso and enough water for 4 cups of coffee.
