Microwave Rice Pudding
- 1 cup quick-cooking rice
- 1 (3 1/8 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups whole milk
- Combine all ingredients, except milk, in a microwave safe casserole.
- Mix well.
- Add milk.
- Stir until smooth.
- Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes or until boiling.
- Stir halfway through cooking.
