Baked Chile Relleno Ala Weight Watchers Recipe

  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. Spray 6" au gratin dish with nonstick spray.
  4. Set aside.

  6. In a medium bowl, with electric mixer on high speed, beat egg white and salt till stiff.

  8. In a small bowl, lightly beat egg yolk; fold into egg whites.
  9. Spread half the mix in prepared dish.
  10. Open chile and place flat on top; sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Spread remaining egg mix on top to make an even layer.
  12. 4.
  13. Bake till golden and center is set; 15-20 min.
  14. Serve with salsa if you like.
