AMIEs Halloween SPAGHETTI with Meatballs

  1. Place pork in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Combine egg, carrots, onion, bread soaked in milk, 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp bread crumbs and mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Shape half tablespoonful into firm meatballs.
  5. Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry meatballs in batches for 3 minutes, until browned.
  6. Add the tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  7. Cook the pasta, until al dente.
  8. Drain and place in a large serving bowl.
  9. Pour tomato sauce, then the remaining parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
  10. Place the pasta in a plate and put 2 meat balls on top of the pasta.
  11. Put black olives in the center of meatballs.
  12. Serve, share and enjoy.
