Manhattan

• Cracked ice
• 1 1/2 ounces frozen overproof bourbon
• 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
• 1/2 teaspoon Carpano Antica Formula (sweet Italian vermouth)
• 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

1. Fill a pint glass with cracked ice.
2. Add the bourbon, vermouth and Carpano Antica Formula and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the cherry.
