Chorizo Burritos
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 8 ounces, weight Chorizo, Sliced
- 1 whole Red Onion, Sliced Thin
- 2 whole 8-inch Flour Tortillas (I Use Wheat)
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1 bunch Chopped Cilantro
- 1 whole Hass Avocado, Pitted, Sliced
- Mexican Shredded Cheese Blend (optional)
- In a skillet over medium heat, add canola oil.
- Add chorizo and sliced onions and cook 810 minutes.
- Meanwhile, warm tortillas if desired.
- Lay tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
- Add sour cream, cilantro, sliced avocado, cooked chorizo, onions and cheese if desired.
- Fold ends and roll up.
- I like to cut these in half and serve.
