Chorizo Burritos

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add canola oil.
  2. Add chorizo and sliced onions and cook 810 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, warm tortillas if desired.
  4. Lay tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
  5. Add sour cream, cilantro, sliced avocado, cooked chorizo, onions and cheese if desired.
  6. Fold ends and roll up.
  7. I like to cut these in half and serve.
