REAL FISH CAKES IN BATTER

  1. Peel Potatoes and put on gas to boil.
  2. While potatoes boil, Chop Fish of your Choice , and Spring Onions into Small size pieces .
  3. Put in large bowl to mix Potatoes in.
  4. Make Batter mix and add paprika .
  5. And in a small bowl break eggs and just pour in egg White .
  6. Mash the potatoes and add Butter and mash well.
  7. Mix Mash with the Fish and Spring Onion, then add Thyme , Parsley, salt and Pepper .
  8. Flour the surface with plain flour and Grab a hand full of the Mixture, roll and pat it into a round shape you can keep it round or flatten it a little to 2 inch depth and 3 inch circular shape.
  9. Makes about 6-8 fish cakes depending on the size you want.
  10. Heat up veg oil until it is hot enough to fry around 170 - 180F.
  11. Dip the fish mixture in egg white cover all over dip it into the batter mix and with a spatula lower into the hot oil Fry for 1 min or until Batter is golden take them out or just do one at a time and put them on a greased baking tray and cook on 175 or gas mark 6 for about
