Oatmeal Oat Bran Cookie Bites
- 1 12 cups quick oats
- 1 12 cups oat bran
- 23 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 13 cup cocoa
- 23 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 cup egg substitute
- 14 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 teaspoon maple flavoring
- 14 cup walnut oil
- 12 cup chocolate chips
- 14 cup walnuts
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add liquid and mix well.
- Add soy milk or water if some ingredients are still dry, but you want a thick dough.
- Stir in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
- Drop by level tablespoon onto a cookie sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Flatten, like peanut butter cookies.
- Bake at 350F for 17 minutes, moving trays front to back and up and down half way through baking.
- Cool on rack.
- Eat right away or freeze.
