Breakfast Fruit Recipe

  1. In a saucepan, combine apples, prunes, raisins, orange and 3 c. water.
  2. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 min.
  3. Stir in sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Combine cornstarch and remaining water, stir into saucepan.
  5. Cook for 2 min.
  6. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
  7. This fruit treat keeps well in the refrigerator for a week.
  8. Good over cereal or possibly as a dessert.
