Buttermilk Honey Wheat Bread Recipe
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 3 Tbsp. Dry buttermilk pwdr
- 1 c. Bread flour
- 1 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 7/8 c. Water
- 1/2 Tbsp. Yeast
- 1/4 c. Dry buttermilk pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. Bread flour
- 1 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 c. Plus
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- For all recipes, load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer's directions.
- Bake on white bread setting unless otherwise indicated.
- "Yeast" refers to active dry yeast.
- Use whole wheat cycle.
- Delayed timer okay.
