Tempting Strawberry Parfait With a Key Lime Twist
- 1 12 ounces Cool Whip (thawed)
- 4 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 1 tablespoon key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 blood orange, juice of
- 8 ounces frozen strawberries
- 4 sheets graham crackers (coarsely crushed)
- 1 ounce pecans (chopped)

- Start with the strawberry layer then next sprinkle the graham cracker layer on top.
- Pour the cream layer on top.
- Repeat with graham crackers, strawberry and top with the cream.
- Chill for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with a pecan, strawberry or orange slice.
