Fasooliya

  1. Soak the dried green beens in water over night
  2. Wash the meat thoroughly and put it in the pressure cooker.
  3. Slice 1 onions in thin cut slices and add to the cooker along with the cardamom and black pepper and the sun dried lemons.
  4. Add water enough to be over the mutton.
  5. Add salt as per taste.
  6. Close the cooker and let it cook till 5 whistles on high flame and 5 minutes on low flame.
  7. Now in another pressure cooker take the beens which have been soaked over night.
  8. Add water and salt as per taste.
  9. Let this cook for 3 whistles on high flames and then for 5 minutes on low flame.
  10. Chop the remaining onion in small cubes and fry in a pan till it becomes transparent.
  11. Add tomatoes paste and stir well for 10 minutes add little water if necessary.
  12. Add the paste to the beens and stir gently.
  13. Cook it on low flame for 5 minutes.
  14. The non vegetarian people can add the boiled mutton to the beens.
  15. And the vegetarian people can eat without the mutton.
