Oysters In Patty Shells

  1. Place oysters in a saucepan; cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until edges of oysters begin to curl.
  2. Drain.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet; add onion and saute until tender.
  4. Add flour, stirring until blended.
  5. Stir in next 6 ingredients and oysters.
  6. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Spoon oyster mixture into patty shells, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  8. Yields 6 servings.
