Red Green and White Tortellini Alfredo

  1. In a large saucepan of boiling water, cook tortellini according to package directions, 8-10 minutes; drain.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and toss with butter.
  3. Meanwhile, in a medium sacepan over medium heat, heat tomatoes, crusing them lightly with a fork.
  4. Add cream and Swiss cheese.
  5. Cook, stirring until cheese dissolves, 2-3 minutes.
  6. To serve, divide cooked tortellini among 6 plates.
  7. Top with sauce and garnish with basil.
