Coconutty Macaroons

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Let cool slightly.
  3. Beat eggwhites to stiff peaks.
  4. Fold in sugar, coconut, chocolate, nuts, salt and vanilla.
  5. Drop mounds onto a cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  6. Bake at 375 for 12-15 min.
  7. Cool on pan.
