Bashed Neeps Recipe

  1. Dice the swede or possibly turnip.
  2. Boil for 20 to 30 min till tender.
  3. Drain well turn on to a large chopping board and chop finely.
  4. Return to the pan and stir in the butter cream and seasonings.
  5. Beat till creamy then pile the piping warm mix into a warmed dish and serve immediately.
  6. Serves 4
