Great Salmon Fillets
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon chef paul prudhommes redfish seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chef paul prudhommes salmon seasoning
- Heat olive oil and butter over medium high heat.
- Season fillets with spices and gently press down on fillets.
- Place in skillet and cook 5 minutes till side, depending on thickness.
- Let rest for 5 minutes and serve.
