Great Salmon Fillets

  1. Heat olive oil and butter over medium high heat.
  2. Season fillets with spices and gently press down on fillets.
  3. Place in skillet and cook 5 minutes till side, depending on thickness.
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes and serve.
