Skinny Veggie Pizza

  1. Arrange oven racks in top and bottom thirds of oven.
  2. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Spray 2 large cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray; place 2 tortillas on each.
  3. In large bowl, toss vegetables, garlic, oil, and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and black pepper until coated.
  4. Microwave on high 2 minutes, stirring once.
  5. Drain, if necessary.
  6. Spread sauce on tortillas.
  7. Top with vegetables and cheeses.
  8. Bake 12 minutes or until tortillas are crisp around edges, switching racks halfway.
  9. Top with basil.
