Just Liver
- 346 g beef liver
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 14 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 14 teaspoon salt
- Pour milk over liver and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile mix together salt and flour.
- Slice liver into large strips.
- Dredge in flour mixture and discard milk.
- Heat oil over medium heat in a large frying pan.
- Cook liver until browned and the center is just slightly pink.
- Aprx 3 mins per side.
