Just Liver

  1. Pour milk over liver and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile mix together salt and flour.
  3. Slice liver into large strips.
  4. Dredge in flour mixture and discard milk.
  5. Heat oil over medium heat in a large frying pan.
  6. Cook liver until browned and the center is just slightly pink.
  7. Aprx 3 mins per side.
