  1. preheat oven at 425 n bake on 425
  2. in a 9" inch pie dish, place one of the pie crust on bottom , and press with fingers to shap.cover with clear plastic wrap place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. mean while, mix the two cans of apple filling, red hot all but a tablespoon, (you will use that table soon later), and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, mixed together stir well.
  4. now spoon in apple mixture into pie crust.Now cut a apple shape out of center of dough.thats gose on top of pie
  5. now put top crust on top.
  6. now pinch crust around the edges to seal.now brush on egg whites and sprinkle sugar on top.add the 1 tablespoon of red hot into the cut out apple pattern.
  7. foil outer crust to keep from having a darker edge then center of pie.
  8. place pie in oven for 40 minutes, then remove foil, place back in oven and bake for another 15 minutes or untill golden brown.
  9. let pie cool, and set for at least 2 hours in a cool place, then set in refrigerator four 2 hours then serve
