American Rose
- 3 tablespoons brandy
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
- 12 teaspoon Pernod
- 12 peach, peeled and mashed
- 12 cup sparkling wine
- 4 -6 cracked ice cubes
- Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
- Pour the brandy, grenadine, and Pernod over the ice and add the peach.
- Shake vigorously until a frost forms.
- Strain into a chilled wine goblet, top up with sparkling wine, and stir.
