Baked Chicken Italiano
- 4 whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Slightly Pounded
- 1 Lemon, Juiced
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasonings
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place chicken breasts in glass baking dish.
- In a blender cup or food processor, blend all remaining ingredients.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Bake for 2025 minutes.
- Check center to ensure chicken is thoroughly cooked.
