Chilly Melon Cups

  2. In a large bowl, combine water,sugar, and concentrates: stir until sugar is disolves.

  4. Add fruit and stir gently to coat.

  6. Spoon into foil lined muffin cups or 3 oz plastic cups, ( I reuse jello or pudding cups )
  7. 4.
  8. Freeze for up to 3 months.
  9. Before serving, thaw overnight in refrigerator or at room temperture for 30 -45 minutes until mixture is slushy.
