Shredded beef in a slow cooker

  1. Slice onion into strips.
  2. Slice peppers into strips.
  3. Remove seeds from small peppers
  4. Put beef in the crockpot.
  5. Top with onion, peppers, salsa.
  6. Add seasoning on top.
  7. Don't stir.
  8. Fill no more than 3/4 full.
  9. Cook on high 6 to 8 hours.
  10. Pull beef out and shred with a fork.
  11. Freezes well.
  12. Add beef back with juices and onion pepper mix.
  13. Serve over rice.
