Savory Stuffing

• 12 cup celery leaves, chopped
• 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 12 cup water
• 2 cups bread stuffing mix (1/2 of an 8 oz package)

1. Saute celery leaves and onion in butter in a medium-size saucepan.
2. Add water; heat to boiling.
3. Stir in bread stuffing; toss with fork just until moistened.
