Quorn Tikka

  1. Mix everything for the marinade.
  2. Chuck in the quorn.
  3. Mix well and leave in the fridge overnight (or for a few hours if time is short).
  4. Shake off the excess marinade and either thread the quorn pieces onto skewers with the onion and pepper chucks or just bung the whole lot in a preheated oven at gas mark 9 for about 20-25 minutes.
  5. serve with salad.
