Asiago Pork Chops
- 4 pieces Boneless Pork Chops, 1/4 Inch Thin
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 whole Egg White, Beaten
- 1 cup Italian Flavored Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cups Asiago Cheese, Shredded
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 pieces Lemon Wedges
- Season pork chops with garlic salt and pepper.
- Set aside.
- Put egg white in a bowl.
- In a seperate bowl mix panko bread crumbs, Asiago cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each pork chop into the egg and then press both sides of the chop into the cheese mixture until its coated well.
- Repeat with all of the chops.
- Place pork chops in skillet and cook 5-7 minutes per side or until lightly browned and cooked through.
- Plate the pork chops and squeeze 1 lemon wedge over each pork chop.
