Asiago Pork Chops

  1. Season pork chops with garlic salt and pepper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Put egg white in a bowl.
  4. In a seperate bowl mix panko bread crumbs, Asiago cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Dip each pork chop into the egg and then press both sides of the chop into the cheese mixture until its coated well.
  7. Repeat with all of the chops.
  8. Place pork chops in skillet and cook 5-7 minutes per side or until lightly browned and cooked through.
  9. Plate the pork chops and squeeze 1 lemon wedge over each pork chop.
