Healthy Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas

  1. Mix the chicken with buffalo sauce.
  2. On a hot skillet, throw in chicken, lettuce, and cheese on one side of a tortilla.
  3. Fold in half.
  4. Cook on high heat for about two minutes.
  5. Flip!
  6. Cook an additional 2 minutes on the other side.
  7. Serve with a light ranch dip.
  8. So good and healthy!
