Hot Diggity Dog Bake

• 1 lb beef hot dogs cut into 1/4 inch coins
• 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
• 2 cup milk
• 4 eggs beaten
• 2 cup shredded cheddar
• 2 tbsp dried minced onion
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp yellow mustard

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Lightly coat a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray and scatter all the hot dog pieces.
3. Mix all remaining ingredients well and pour all over the hot dogs.
4. Bake for 40-45 min or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
