Easy Turkey Primavera
- 1 lb. LOUIS RICH Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut into strips or chunks
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 red pepper, cut in 1-inch chunks
- 6 mushrooms, quartered (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. water or white wine
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) DI GIORNO Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated fettuccine, cooked, drained
- Place turkey, broccoli, red pepper, mushrooms and water in skillet; cover.
- Heat on medium heat 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in cheese sauce; heat 2 minutes.
- Toss turkey mixture with hot cooked pasta.
