Bulgur

  1. Put the bulgur in a bowl.
  2. Boil the water/stock and add half of the cumin.
  3. Pour over the bulgur, mix and put aside.
  4. Saute the onion, pepper and 1/2 of the garlic.
  5. After a few minutes add the rest of the garlic and the cumin.
  6. Stir for a little bit and then add it to the bulgur.
  7. Then stir in the parsley chickpeas and lemon juice.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
