Cheeseburger Cassarole
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can drained diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 cup uncooked macaroni
- 2 cup grated chedder cheese
- 4 pickles chopped
- In a large skillet fully cook ground beef and onions.
- Add Italian seasoning.
- In a separate pot boil water and cook macaroni for 7 minutes drain and set aside for later.
- Add diced tomatoes to ground beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Salt to taste.
- Mix ground beef, onions, diced tomatoes and macaroni together, mix in ketchup, then transfer to a casserole dish.
- Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
- Take foil off and cover with grated cheese set over to broil and broil until melted and slightly brown.
- Serve with chopped pickles on top and enjoy!
